RUMAWIP is a government initiative designed to provide affordable housing for first-time buyers. The goals, however, remain the same – helping low-income, middle-income, and first-time buyers take that important step onto the property ladder.
Qualification to Apply
Malaysia Citizen
Living or working in the Federal Territory
Aged 21 years and above
Monthly gross income below RM10,000 (Single) and RM15,000 (Married)
